TRIAGE means the process of quickly examining a patient in order to decide how serious their illness is and the best course of action to take.
PHONE A DOCTOR or PAD means the TRIAGE service we offer on this website and we will interchange the terms PAD and PHONE A DOCTOR where appropriate on this website and in any communication we have with you.
SERVICE PROVIDER means owner of a medical resource that is listed on the website.
PARTNER means the contact person, representative of a Service Provider or owner of a medical resource who signs with PAD to receive referrals after a Patient has spoken to or had a chat with a PAD doctor.

Your use of this Website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices. Partnership with Service Providers
Your partnership with us is to offer doctor’s referral to a patient and to do further follow-up after a patient has been triaged by a PAD doctor. A yearly partnership fee is payable to PAD in order for a PAD Doctor to offer referral on a preferential basis to a Partner. On payment of the said yearly partnership fee, a partner shall provide their full name, address, contact details and any other details of the resources to which a PAD doctor will refer after Triage as may be required by PAD.
General
This Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any court in Nigeria, or as the parties mutually agree, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website. Use of this website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this Section. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and us as a result of this conditions or use of this website.
